Claiming the Coupon: This digital coupon cannot be claimed through regular channels and is issued exclusively as a result of a customer services complaint. To claim your digital coupon, you are required to input your mobile telephone number into the specified electronic form. The personal data you provide will be processed for the purposes of coupon validation and distribution. You will receive an SMS/text message with a link to a digital coupon. Usage: To use the digital coupon in participating Co-op stores, click the link in the text message and select to “unlock” your coupon. Once the coupon is unlocked, you have 20 minutes to use it. Coupons presented after this time will expire. Only unlock your coupon when you are at the checkout and ready to redeem. Expiry: After receiving the digital coupon link, you have 10 days to redeem it. The promotion ends upon redemption of all available digital coupons or on 23:59 27 September 2023, whichever comes first. Coupons presented after this date will not be accepted. Limitations: Only one digital coupon can be used per person and per transaction at participating Co-op stores. This digital coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be exchanged for cash. Misuse: The digital coupon is void if altered, photocopied, or reproduced. Any misuse may be a prosecutable offence. Consent: By claiming a digital coupon, you consent to receive an SMS/text message containing the digital coupon link.
